3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To use InYuu, you must create an account by providing accurate information, including your email or linking a third-party service (e.g., Apple or Google).

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

3.3 We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 By providing your email, you consent to receive App-related communications electronically.

4. Prohibited Activities

By using InYuu, you agree not to:

4.1 Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the App without authorization.

4.2 Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the App.

4.3 Interfere with the App's security, integrity, or functionality.

4.4 Upload viruses, malware, or harmful software.

4.5 Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

4.6 Create, share, or upload obscene, illegal, or harmful content.

4.7 Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

5. User Responsibility and Content Management

5.1 You are fully responsible for all content you create, upload, or share using InYuu.

5.2 We do not endorse or monitor user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5.3 Content shared by other users may remain visible even after your account is terminated.

6. User Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or share content that:

6.1 Violates laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy.

6.2 Contains unlawful, harmful, or objectionable material.

6.3 Seeks to exploit or harm minors.

6.4 Lacks proper authorization or rights for sharing.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All InYuu trademarks, branding elements, and proprietary technology are owned by us.

7.2 By sharing content with InYuu, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content for purposes including improving our services.

8. Al-Generated Content

8.1 InYuu allows you to create Al-generated clones based on input such as photos or voices.

8.2 You retain ownership of your original input but grant us the right to process it for clone generation.

8.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the input provided does not violate any laws or rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InYuu, its affiliates, and their employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

9.1 Your use of the App.

9.2 Your content.

9.3 Your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

10. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality, nor do we warrant the accuracy or completeness of content generated by the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, InYuu is not liable for:

11.1 Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.2 Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

11.3 Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

12.1 Your use of InYuu is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data handling practices, including compliance with applicable privacy laws.

12.2 By using InYuu, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
